Nicely done. I find it so hard to capture egrets and herons. I think their beaks are so long that unless you get a profile shot then something is going to be OOF.

I predict a ribbon with this one. Great natural find of the letter 'S'. I like the composition, filling the frame as you've done. The only negative I really have is it seems a bit soft around the eye and top of the beak where you expect it to be very focused and defined. 9

This is a nice image. I like how the birds neck is almost in a perfect S shape and I also like the fact that the background is dark. Nice work.
