i hope the voters stop and really look at this one--a complex yet complementary background, how the cat's eyes match the paint, and the shadowed stripes add appeal rather than detract. good luck!

This is nice. Ordinarily I would like to see the distracting elements on the right hand side gone, but they work here for me. I like the shadow as well. Good job !
