i see what you were after, but feel the composition is a bit off. there's just not enough interesting detail to really get the eye moving off the subject and across the image. love the color, textures, and backlighting on the leaves. good luck!
I love how close you were to the water (or at least taken at near eye level). It gives the shot something different than other waterfall shots. The leaves are the iciing on the cake.
