Nice lighting -- really brings out the detail on the grenade. I don't think I want to know what you/your subject does for a living to have such torn up fingers. Did you decide the watch didn't work in the composition? If so, might want to try to rub out the band marks on the wrist before shooting. :-) Nice DOF and composition.

This photo is creepy, making me imagine all kinds of threatening contexts. The worn fingers add to that. A more dramatic background could have made it even more ominous, but this just seems sunny and pleasant... maybe in a way that increases the tension because you imagine someone about to blow up some kids in a park or something...

In other words, it has a lot of impact.
