I hate to sound rude but this is a very average shot. I do like the sign tho, that does add some humour to the piece, but just not enough.

I am not sure that your clever use of a disguised swear word will help this photo. Noy looks cute - cannot see what he is doing. Sign is totally superfluous - how about a tight crop on the boy? And from an angle so that his head is not bisected by the road in the background.
