Explanation of the appearance of this little Angels face provided in the words of a kind DPC member Philos31 aka Peter Roubos. Thank you so much Peter!
My guess is that it's not flower, but Shower2Shower powder, it's kind of baby
powder (we call it talk, don't know the English word for it) with some menthol
in it.
After you take a shower you put that powder on your body, under your arms and on
your face, when you get warm and sweat, the menthol will start to vaporate and
cool you down, its a kind of airconditioner on your body, and it realy works.
It also helps against Body Odor, as you may have noticed (most) Thai like to be
very clean.
You can buy S2S at every 7 Eleven in Thailand (or other shops) I even have some
bottles here in Holland.
