a good idea, not really executed the finest. contrast is a bit high, not sure what the main subject was because it all seems a bit out of focus.

I like your concept, I just think that the pole is too distracting how it is placed. I think one way to resolve it would be to crop the photo vertically up to the middle of the pole so the women are more of the focus of the picture.
