Image is so small it's hard to see any detail, either looks extremely overexposed or filtered some way. 2

Perhaps using your whole alloted 640 would bring this image closer to us. The brightness/contrast, or hue/sat was pushed to high in my opinion. Composition cuts off words at the top, and figure shapes at the bottom. Dreamlike, clownlike, eccentric photo.

Size matters in photography and you're allowed 640 pixels any one side, use them! Aaa and photos of artwork don't go down all too well, unless they play a part of a bigger image....
