B/W was an interesting choice here. I'm not sure why it was chosen. The attention is certainly on the daffodil and then falls to the plaque thingy. Since I'm not sure what it is the daffodil rests on, I'm not sure what the photo is trying to do. A clearer connection between subject matter and title may be in order. But I'm probably just stupid not to know what that flower is sitting on!

A nice shot, but I would like to see it cropped across the bottom more, your choice of B&W was excellent.

Nice set up.. but the colors just seem a little dull in this shot, maybe playing with the contrast and brightness will help
