I think that the reflection is well captured, but I'd like to see the sky a bit more dramatic.

Beautiful pond and trees, I think this photo would be improved if you cropped the bottom closer to the tall weeds.

This is very under exposed, the exposure could easily be fixed using level in an editing program.

Having troulbe finding subject... If the framing had been just a little higher (more sky and less forground) it'd appealed to me much more.

Composition is flat. Sky needs clouds, foreground needs more interest. Zone range in reflections on lake is minimal. Trees are the most interesting part for my eye. Great idea in a lovely location. Best of luck.

Needs more contrast and better editing. Also I can´t find the subject or composition very exciting. Sorry but that´s just my opinion.
