If this was cropped with just the fuzzy guy on the bottom and no squiggly light this would have been much more effective

I like it! It has just enough definition to not be just a blurry shot. I would have cropped it a little more though, to cut out the boring foreground..

taking a bad picture does not make it surreal or even abstract I am afraid. Poor image.
