 This shot was taken on the Red Rocks trail in Matthew/Winters Park near Morrison Colorado. I hope to have done justice to this great photographer in my attempt to immitate his style. I'm unsure whether people will also recognize my title is in the same format he used for his photos in his books I've read.

Processing was:

1) resized
2) (using GIMP2.2) Layer -> colors -> colorize: saturation=0
3) Layer -> colors -> levels: tweaked white, black, and grey input levels
4) added thin black border
