mmm, I don't know that the ripple filter counts as "traditional photographic techniques", but it does look cool...or rather, hot!

Evil looking. Colours could've been better and it woudl've been nice if the effect was leveled. Also a bigger picture would've been nicer. This is really small. 4

Too small. You could have use the 640x640 allowed, it would have been better.

Idea is good, and it fits the challenge, but I would have liked to see it with more detail in a bigger size image.
