This was a very interesting idea. The lighting provides sparkle for some of the drops but otherwise seems to rob the rose of its color. I also think it is perhaps a few too many drops. And the border does not help. A 4.
NIce macro!. Are all the bubbles only water? I'm not too fond of the colours, perharps could they be a little brighter? It seems the Frame (white) does not help either, as it kind of drags away from the overall look. I love the tight crop tho. But this is not Surrealism. 5
