This picture was taken on Michigan Ave. This was located in an garden next to The Chicago Art Institute. The woman is apart of a bigger statue. Eveyone in the statue seems to be happy and joyful. It seemed to me that she is the only one without a smile and is extending her arm out. Well, I percieved it as her reaching for help. i would love it if people made comments on this picture
