Is that asparagus? I never would have thought of asparagus with wine. Color and focus are great. Composition works, but I would have preferred to see some of the stem of the glass. I think a contrasting border would have been more effective at complementing the photo.

Whoah.. That plant looks like the monster out of Alien - just as it leaps out of somebodys chest. Creepy. I strongly dislike your border, I am afraid. the colour is heinous (just my opinion) (4)
