A simple concept but harder to execute than I first though. A shot of me separating an egg. I wanted to emphasize the yellow of the yolk and the viscosity of the white. Lighting was on SB-800 to the left bounced off a white reflector on the right to add some fill. Would have liked an additional light behind the dropping egg white. One day perhaps I'll get another flash ;)
It was a very noisy shot, taken at 800 ISO with a 1/30 exposure. So used Neat Image twice to reduce noise. 50mm Nikkor 1.8

Great picture, nice lighting. I don't mind the reflections on the bowl at all. The border is a bit distracting- perhaps a darker color would have worked better. (8)
