While I think this is a very nice scene, I think the relation to the challenge is stretched here. Technically it is taken above the water, but it is primarily a landscape. Nice shot though.
Pretty photo. Nice color/focus/framing. Challenge - ?? from my perspective, the camera seems level, neither looking down or up. True the river is below you, but you're showing almost as much sky, so I could say you were looking up just as easily. 6 Swash
