Nice catch on the bridge lights and the closest lamplight, as well as positions of the arches. It just feels a little off balance to me - lower the left side? and close gaps between bldgs and underside of the bridge?
As a former Quad-Citian, my heart jolted at this image. You've done a nice job of capturing one of the QC's more picturesque structures. I hope it brings you good luck in this competition.
