I'm glad you're rewarded for this shot. One of my favorites this week. I like this picture a lot: original point of view, good composition, lovely subject, and interesting background very well captured at the same time. Very good work.
Excellent shot!!! I love it. The rule of thirds was used well here. She is positioned in the frame well. She looks like she is going to swing forward. Congrats. And what a beautiful little girl!
It's unfortunate that a lot of "cute kid" pictures don't do well here. This is a "cute kid," and it will do well by me! Great vantage point and expression on her face. Nicely done!
Absolutely beautiful. My top pick. The composition, colors, and perspective are perfect. The great texture and details throughout realy help tie it all together.
My favourite image this week. I think this is superb!
DOF on the chain is interesting. Composition is good.
Background is interesting without being distracting.
Her expression is happy with a touch of mischief.
Great!
Fingers crossed for a win for this image!

Great shot. I love it. Neet looking grass and leaves in contrast with the cute little redhead. It looks like she's thinking, "take the damn picture". Ha Ha! Very nice.
I think your focus is a little off - her eyes don't look as sharp as some other parts - but this must have taken some effort. I know I would never have had the guts to take a picture from up there. Well done.
Really really great photo. I was considering something similar when I took my playground shot but I was a bit wary of taking pictures of other people's kids in this day and age. (it was bad enough i was creeping around the playground with my camera...gasp). This is an extremly lovely shot and I hope this girl is someone you know and care about so that you can keep this memory forever. One of my favorites.
beautiful portrait :) This is a great shot of a child... The fact that she is looking up at you really enhances the impact of this shot.. = 10 - setzler
Great shot, the colors are awesome. It appears to me though that it might have even worked better in a landscape orientation. I find myself bending my head to see her pretty face!
