There are problems with lighting, quite beyond the colour temperature that I'm sure others will have mentioned: the direct flash, especially with a subject so very close to a flat surface, produces very very hard shadows, which are almost universally unattractive; coupled with that is that shadow of (presumably) the room light, which is also quite harsh.
try taking the picture further away from the wall and either turning off the flourecent lights or wb to them to eliminate he green tint. not a bad concept.
However, there is a strange color to this photo. It seems very green. Also, the shadow of the little girl is very distracting. I would like to recommend adjusting your levels, and cloning out the shadow.
Hideous acid-green light. The flash shadow. The wrong trousers, the unexplained green blanket on a green carpet, the awkward pose, the static composition, the empty green walls - it's all sooooo ugly. Perhaps it would have been better to turn the flash off and make the photo purposefully blurred and out of focus. We would be convinced that it is a perfect parody of bad snapshots. Apologies to the person who took this photo, but this viewer finds it offends just about every aesthetic sensibility.
