I'm assuming this is on the side of a bridge somewhere? Fairly interesting for what it is, but I don't think it fits the challenge. A little less contrast, a little less saturation would make this better for me.

Its a great picture in many ways. Good compositions, appealing colors. I am not sure though about connection to the challeneg theme...I give it 7 anyhow and would give more in a more relevant challenge theme.
