You\'re supposed to shoot from ABOVE the tree, not from BELOW, so I don\'t think you\'re going to meet the Challenge.

Wasn't the challenge from above?? This is taken from below. Nice image though, but I think maybe more range of color needs to be displayed to give the photo any interest.

This is looking upwards! You should have climbed the tree and pointed the camera downwards to meet the challenge. What a shame, because this is a nice shot.

First, this is looking up, not down. Next, the tree bark seems overly red (shouldn't it be more like white?) Finally, compression - I think the shot is clear enough, but the jpeg compression seems to have taken away too much detail (that's what happened to me last week). 4 Swash

if you re-read the challenge, you'll see there's a specific requirement to have shot a subject 'from above it'.
