The skin tones are a bit too red, but I like the lighting and the warm colors.
Also, I suggest that you cloned out the shadows of your glasses, at least under your right (my left) eye.

Excellent all except for the odd shadow across the top of your forehead - I find this distracting. Also might have been worth considering duotone. You look a little red - sunburnt. 7
i don't know anything about portraiture, so i'm using your image as a guinnea pig as to what i think i would or wouldn't do in this situation, as well as what i notice and get out of your image.
this is about as an honest a portrait as one could ask for. good job. the composition, expression, focus, and lighting all work well. i hope i can manage this much control when i take my turn.
