I don't see what this has to do with anything. I can't tell what some of the shapes are due to the negative (?) effect. As far as I can see there isn't any pain represented.

You have a deranged mind :) I think this picture shows a good idea, but I don't like the execution. Why did you chose those strange colours? And what is that pig on the left good for in this image? 5.
