I think an alternate title could be "OD". That may make it too depressing of a theme though.

Good lighting, like the reflections...adds to the picture, nice rule of thirds, also, the angle of your arm, keeps the viewers eye coming back to your face...nice placement of bottles...just a very nice picture!

This image in B&W wuold ahve been much stronger. Pink is not a painful and emotionally sad color!

it looks like you have a few flinstone vitamin in there ... it would of helped to have all the caps off the medicines and have some nyqull spilling out. but its cute
