This is a photo of the classroom labratory and administration building at cal poly pomona. I used a 13 second exposer, F/4 aperature, and a blue white balance. This picture was hard to take because I kept on getting lens flares from all over the place due to really bright lights in the parking lot. I ended up having to use my jacket to shield my camera from the lens flare causing lights. Well, I thought this building looked sad but im not sure what everyone else will think.

I'm clueless what your title means. It's a nice enough architectural shot but I can't see the connection to the challenge, which is probably compounded by my iinability to decipher your title.
