Thank you for your comment. This is a newer cemetary, covered in snow. The sticks are placemarkers for more graves to come.

I'm not sure this photo really has much to do with pain, but I like it. The wreaths on the graves are signs of not being forgotten. The snow seems like a pristine white blanket that can cover up the pain and loss of a loved one. Good composition and the colors are great. I see you didn't fall into the blue colorcast with snowy background trap. 8
