I used flourescent ceiing lights,a white reflector below the model and a white background. After using a whole bag of marshmallows, I sent the image to Photoshop and increased the contrast slightly, then darkened the pink of the mallow using the magic wand tool and colour balance setting. I cropped the image slightly until I was happy with it, and you now see the end result.

Neat capture but seems a little soft for me around the right hand side of the photo, expecially the fingernails. Still meets the challenge to a tee, good job.
I don't mean this to be critical, but helpful ... the skin tones appear to be off. They appear almost yellow-green. That may be hurting your score some.
