Thanks for all the comments. I really did not see the tilt in the horizon until it was commented on. I must have been sub-consciously compensating for the tilt of the sign. Or I just held the camera crooked. :)

The tilt between both the background and the sign did not work for me. I liked the crop and the thin border set it off well.
