Composition: 5 I just didnt like the background for this shot
Technical: 7 I really like the way you angled the sign in the shot to give perspective.
Appeal: 6 I bland background would have made this a nice shot.

I like the way you took an angle here with the sign really pointing to the square (or part of the square). I think you may get marked off a bit for people not thinking that this is a true "roadside" sign. Good job though.
I helped work on a highrise there years ago. We had to weld a 24" steam stack up the side of one of the buildings on the east side of the square. Hope it hasn't fallen yet.
By the way, are you allowed to walk in the park now or is that prohibited too.
