 Rotate, Levels, Crop, USM, Levels, Clone, Color Variations, adjustment layer for brightness, resize, sharpen and saved.

Had trouble making up my mind about the composition--I still think it is the weakest aspect of this image. One day, perhaps, I'll learn what makes a decent abstract. For now, my sunlight through melting icicles will have to do. (Yes, I know, it's another droplet pic....)
