This seems to be neither abstract enough nor sharp enough to me. Perhaps the street lights were too bright to get the light trails to really stand out.
Nice busy feel, but i would have appreciated either a longer or shorter exposure so the ghosts of the passing cars would be more... present. Also i find the angle rather disconcerting, but in a way that adds to the effect :)
