Used highlights,midtones,and shadow tool in PSP8. First time useing it and boy did it make a big difference. I might start using it more often for creepy photos.
I added a bit of contrast and sepia tones. Cloned out some little spots through out the picture.

Nice idea and good use of the lights. I think you will suffer from having a dark photo and no clear silhouette of the walker. Many of the dpc voters do not have calibrated monitors and I fear they will not be able to see this well. Good luck.
