I like this one.
The stems and the snow create a nice shadow-light games together. The reflections just add the dynamical feeling to the whole scene.
I prefer this over the color version. I find it much more powerful.
I have to say I like this one the best. The black and white works for me on this one. The reflection is nice. The branch at the bottom right is kind of distracting for me.
