Really nice colors, and I like the bit of reflections off the icy water. Like the way you've been able to capture the red lighting on this end of the bridge. Are those red barrels on the other side of the river? Nice photo.
This image seems a little too dark in general. Also the small pieces of red are lost in the image (they are too small and almost appear as defects at first). I do like your composition of the bridge though.
