This is the front view of the Leslie Hotel, an Art Deco masterpiece built in 1937. The cantilevered sunshades over the windows are a feature called "eyebrows" and are a distinctive Art Deco feature that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. This shot was taken just before dawn. I was thrilled with the exposure as the lighting and the colors bring out the details of the facade.
