2. Virtual Photographer filter, black and white, Diffuse
3. I burned out some areas on the book because after the Diffuse filter, the white areas were blown out.

I like the idea and I think its kind of funny, but maybe go a little easier on the neat image next time. It gives some aspects of the photo a plastic look and also takes away a lot of important detail.
