Cropped a little from the sides to 3:2 ratio. Two RGB curves for contrast, converted to grayscale with Channel Mixer and then to Duotone using Black and Warm Gray 8; then back to RGB. Two applications of USM at 66%/0.6 dia/TH=5. JPEG=9/10

Nice shot. Seem a little hazy or overcast to me. May be touch it up with some contrast. Could have raised the angle just a little. It is too bright at the top of his head and causes a distraction. IMO. Overall nice shot.
