Me trying to find the best shutter speed, length of stay in each position and finding the best time for the flashlight in my hand without overexposure.
This took quite a few times until we got this one where I am quite similar in both places.

Seeing this with a plain background or just the wall without the handlles on the cabinets would make for a nicer composition. Good subject and title. cool idea.
This would get a higher score from me if it weren't for the bright white light (and it's grayish shadow) in the middle. Sorry. The effect is very cool, though.
Lovely setup and quite effective! Dinging a point or two for the harsh flare but overall well executed and certainly within the spirit of this rather difficult challenge. 7
