As I'm VERY new to everything but snapshot photography I decided that this challenge would be a prime opportunity to work my motion skills.
Armed with my new EF 75-300 IS USM my friends and I drove into the Blackwall Tunnel, my friend kept the car steady (he was driving, lol)... hmmm maybe if I had been driving myself I could have gotten a higher score ;)
Anywhoo, got two decent photo's out of the bunch and submitted this one as I thought the motion blur was nicer on this one.

Ooo, I like this idea. As I interpret your technique, you have a speed blurred surroundings and relatively in focus cars. I would be tempted to push the shutter speed slower and see what kind of wild bluring you can get.
