This is 'the old mill' in Lindsay as we call it.
To get the picture I knew my dad was going to the store so I went with him and while he was inside I went across the road and snapped a few pictures.

looks like you've left a touch of blue in the shot and it really works. adds just a bit of interest to the sky. like your eye for including the tree as it reflects your title and the building condidtion but in nature.
