This is an attractive image. I'm glad you didn't kill it with excessive post-camera processing. This small, quiet & calm house may not be the most dramatic architectural achievement, but it fits its environment, & your photo and treatment fits the house. 7.
Love the sepia. Slightly OOF? Could be deliberate for the effect.. in which case would possibly have done it some more? Maybe just a bit too much of a snapshot, but a nice one!
Simple but built to last, good choice in making it B&W, dont think the picture would have been the same in color, but one thing though
i would personally have taken out the tree or made it less visble because it draws your attention towards it , and thats sad because otherwise its a good picture.
