A test shot for a new self-promotion project. I bought 4 yards of black, white and "sable" faux fur last January and never used it, until this shoot. Lighting was two strobes, one umbrella, and one medium chimera soft box. Model's name is Ashley Brian and the stylist was Iz Holiday.
Modifications:
Cloned out a few freckles and resized it.

Good picture. Technically very well done. Somehow the model lokks a little tensed. For me does not say very much. 5 Good luck
Maybe a square crop would be better.
I like it. Very creative setup. I would have rated slightly higher if the highlights in the blaket were not blown out. More detail in the highlights would add texture and interest to the image.
Great composition and subject matter. Lighting and detail are good. As I scrolled to see the whole shot, I think a minor crop off the top would balance this a little better. ((8))
what an interesting portrait. those eyelashes are wild! i appreciate the contrast, but think you may have gone just a bit too far, in that you're losing a lot of detail in the bottom of the image. but hey, what do i know. it's just an opinion, and i'm sure your model loves the finished product. good luck in this and the coming challenges!
This is terrific. A fantastic scene (and I mean that as in fantastic derived from fantasy) that would be right at home in the pages of any number of fairytales. I'm no expert on hair, but I'd say if I was a woman I'd be wishing I had hers. Perhaps a little too much space, but congrats on this highly appealing, original image. 9.
The image here is just gorgeous. I love the softness of the fabric and the lay of her hair. The red lipstick really sets things off. And get a load of those eyelashes! Okay, the eyelashes aren't really what makes the picture for me, but wow. :-)
