I think the bridge is an interesting one, but I'm not crazy about the way it was done. It appears that it was taken out the window while driving. The railing in the foreground serves as a big distraction, I'm afraid. And I'm sure you're also hearing a lot about the timestamp, which I'd certainly try to turn off.
Promising shot. Nice bridges, captured well through contrasts of line and shadow. The bridge in the foreground don't do much here but block our vision of the grand bridges behind. More contrasts might be nice, too.

You must have taken this photo while traveling in your car. Pretty cool bridge. Too bad you couldn't get a better view over the guard rail.
