The photo was taken using my red couch cushions to simulate the red felt of a pool table, and the pool queue is actually the blind adjustment rod from my timber venitians with a velvet dots (used to protect furniture) on the end of it. Light source was a bedside lamp. Photo was taken by me of me using the infrared remote, and manual focus was set up using a 5 cent coin as the reference focus point where my index finger is.

The light seems too hot on spots of the hand. I like the que stick leading back to the face, I think it would have made for a more interesting shot to have the eye in focus, (showing intense concetration etc) instead of the hand in focus. The hand, well, is just a hand.
