Taped some black thread to this cleaned out egg, put a light source on the upper left, then snapped it! I hope to get a 6 for this shot. I would like to have changed it so that my ceiling fan light reflection was out of it.

Technique: Very clever. Thanks for explaining how you did this! Your lighting seems just a bit dark, but it still works. I think your title is hilarious and very fitting.
Settings: Your settings appear right on. Maybe a little post-challenge editing could smooth some of the noise on the egg and the bowl. You may want to bump up your lighting, as this shot isn't as "fresh" as it could be.
Overall: A great shot! I'm sorry you didn't get the 6 you wanted, but there were so many great entries in this challenge! I really like your originality in ALL your photos.
