Great subject and framing of the dog. The colors look unnatural, especially the sky. Post processed for color, sharpness, and saturation? If so, you might consider backing off a little. Good effort.

Is that the moon? Nice. Better, perhaps, with the tree coming from behind the dog's head (sort of going the same direction as her gaze) if possible. Good, sharp fur, and even a catchlight in her eye.

Cute doggie. Nice colors and natural light. I think maybe if the dog had been less centered...maybe if the tree were not 'attached' to her head, but if there were some space between them...
