An 8 from me! Respects the theme and the focus and lighting are spot on. I really enjoy the dark blue sky and how it contrasts with the tower. I'm glad you didn't center it but I would've moved it a bit more to the left.

Don't know if the sky is your focal point as the tower seems to be it to me. Nice photo anyway. Like the contrast of the tower against the dark sky.

I like the colors. If the sky is the subject then yes you met the challenge. The sky does look a bit grainy, but I personally like it. Good luck.

This is an interesting photo... the leading line concept would probably be even stronger if the top of the water tower was more visible... the lines would lead the viewer to the subject rather than being the subject... - setzler
