 I went with my family to a State Historic Site: Sutter's Fort in Sacramento. We only expected to see the fort and some displays, but to our surprise there was a class of kids learning about life in the old days. There were kids making bread, making rugs, learning about making nails, and these girls were learning how to make rope (which they did shortly thereafter). The wooden boxes in the picture are some toolboxes that they made - for standing on, sitting on, and storing their 'tools' in the compartment within.

I have to agree. You hit the exposure absolutely perfectly. Nothing overexposed, nothing underexposed. The expressions on the girl's faces are great, and the fact that they are from such different ethnicities works really well too. Fantastic job.

This is an almost flawless image. Every time I look at it I see soemthing more. It makes me smile every time. It is SO pure. Every element in the composition Is working towards the ovrall effect. The tonalities are flawless, the colour is rich & luscious without being exagerrated. The framing is squared up perfectly. The expressions, the concentration, are tremendous. FINE image!
